deadly officer involved shooting. authorities have identified bruce barthelemy as the san jose police officer was shot and killed a man they said tried to ram him with a car. this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc seven news. the officer, members of san jose metro unit, were dressed in plain clothes when they noticed a suspicious car and found out it was stolen. the passenger in the stolen car is now facing several charges. >> a train hit and killed a pedestrian on the caltran tracks in san jose. the person was hit by a northbound train near west virginia street. the train had recently left the tameeeien station, and there was only one passenger board. several other trains

were delayed. full service was restored around 730 last night. the death was the fourth fatality on the caltran corridor this year. >> anfor the third time in less than a week, thornton junior high fremont was the target of a bomb threat. the most recent was monday afternoon and it turned out to be another false alarm. however, some parents are upset that they were not notified. fremont police said they alerted the public using the nixel system. the school superintendent says the district did not contest parents about the recent false alarm. >> police are looking for a man who made off with a 5,600 lbs. spool of copper wire from a pg&e storage yard. the copper was stolen on sunday and is valued at more than $25,000. police

control of it once three luxury condos, taking out loans against the properties, and laundering the money through shell companies. he is ordered to pay a $14.1 million fine nearly triple the amount taken in the scheme. san francisco street district attorney george gascon says the sentence was one of the most of their punches in the history of his offices white-collar division. >> the family of a 14 year- old santa rosa boy died when he was hit by a race car driven by his cousin saturday is planning a memorial. the boy's grandfather says there will be a private funeral saturday followed by a public memorial sunday. marcus johnson was an eighth grader who was in the pit area of the marysville racetrack with his cousins read car went off the track and hit him along with another victim, dale wondergem jr.. he also died.
